Trying to "Jinn" up some art

Here's the initial pencils

Beat up Wolverine

This actually started as a "normal" kind of portrait sketch card of Wolverine. Then a little overspary with the ol airbrush and it looked like he had a black eye. So I just went with it. I actually like it lots better this way.

So I didn't really nail the likeness, but here it is anyway. I tried to snap a pic at all the major steps. Enjoy

Initial pencils. HB and prismacolor black on gessoed surface.

 More prismacolor pencils to start working the values.

 Initial airbrush pass, just to get some of the local colors in. Looks pretty terrible at this stage.
